General Policies

booking requests

We will provide a detailed response to your request within 24 hours. It will include all the information you need with regards to dates, rates, additional fees, etc.

check-in & out

• Guests may check-in beginning at 3:00 pm
• Guests must check-out before 11:00 am

Cancelation

Payment in full is required in advance. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

• 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date
• 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date
• Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund

fees

• Cleaning fee: $150 for the Benedict House
• Cleaning fee: $250 for the Carver House
• Refundable Damage Deposit: $350
• Pet fee: $20

Damage deposit

A refundable damage deposit of $350 is required along with payment. In addition to covering potential damages to the property, it may be forfeited in the event of:

• Maximum occupancy policy violation
• Pet policy violation
• Smoking policy violation
• Check-in/out violation
• Egregious consumption of supplies (firewood, groceries, toiletries, etc.)
