After its renovation in 2007, the Carver House was used as the set for syndicated PBS television cooking show, Cook’s Country, hosted by celebrity chef Christopher Kimball. In addition to the home’s professional kitchen, a full third of the ground floor is dedicated to a well appointed commercial kitchen which was used as the test kitchen for the production. The Carver House is located in the quaint, New England village of West Rupert, VT, just 14 miles northwest of Manchester.
The kitchen can be rented by the day, week or month on an ongoing or temporary basis. It can also be combined with the rental of the full house and premises for larger events.
