Sarah Traylor
Sarah’s eclectic career path has always centered around serving, nurturing, and caring for others—whether family, guests, or patients. Here, her training as a graduate of New York City’s French Culinary Institute perfectly pairs with her Rutgers University Master Gardener Certification—yielding both beautiful food and lovely environments in which to enjoy it. On top of that, Sarah is a registered nurse, mother to two grown daughters, and a foraging enthusiast.

Brett Traylor
Brett has spent the past 25 years as a designer of visual identities and branding campaigns at some of New York City’s finest creative agencies. His full-time job, however, continues to be that of project coordinator, sous chef, hired muscle, and consigliere to his wife and two daughters. Between chores he can be spotted buzzing around southwestern Vermont on his Triumph Scrambler or anxiously making preparations for the upcoming sugaring season.
